An authentic carpet woven in Wilton looms with pure new wool. The manufacturing process begins with a rigorous selection of wools which, after a thorough cleaning, are spun, washed and hank dyed to yield an original carpet with a unique texture.
Wilton Tria is an elegant collection manufactured using a warp-andweave system that produces a compact and velvety carpet.
Three natural warps are used during this manufacturing process: a jute warp used as a base, a cotton warp that interweaves and a third one made of wool that forms the pile. The process is finished with a jute weave. The weaving rods determine the thickness and the height of the pile and create a harmonious combination of cut and loop.
Wilton Tria reinforces the tradition at El Espartano of manufacturing top quality woven carpets.
